Mr. Lally’s legal experience includes work on matters dealing with construction, real estate, business disputes and compliance. Mr. Lally is a trial lawyer. Immediately before joining Strang Scott, Mr. Lally represented a range of clients, including developers, property managers, community association boards, unit owners and financial institutions in community association litigation, construction defect litigation, consumer protection cases, and board advocacy in zoning and land use disputes.

Mr. Lally graduated from Suffolk University Law School where he served as a Content Editor with the Journal of High Technology Law. During law school, Mr. Lally was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, Student Bar Association, and the First-Generation Law Student Association. In addition to his studies, Mr. Lally clerked for the Honorable Kevin R. Connelly at the Plymouth County Probate and Family Court in 2021. Mr. Lally was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2023 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Federal District Court in 2024. 

Mr. Lally is originally from Weymouth, Massachusetts and attended college at the University of New Hampshire where he received his undergraduate degree in History and Justice Studies. Mr. Lally enjoys skiing, which has prompted travel as far away as Niseko, Japan. Mr. Lally is an avid Boston sports fan and frequently attends Boston sporting events. His presence has, historically, caused Boston teams to win, so he is an ideal person to invite to a game.
