Mr. Giroux is a partner of the firm. Mr. Giroux’s practice focuses on representing the business interests of general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, tradesmen and other business entities in litigation and other matters in New Hampshire and throughout New England.  In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Giroux counsels businesses in connection with transactions, acquisitions, divestments, entity formation, employment issues and other business matters.  

Additionally, Mr. Giroux practices in the area of estate planning, where he counsels individuals and families regarding asset preservation and management, probate avoidance, lawful tax minimization strategies, preservation of individual autonomy, end of life planning and other issues related to managing one’s affairs. As part of that practice, Mr. Giroux helps individuals and families prepare for their financial futures through the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and New Hampshire Advance Directives including durable powers of attorney for health care and living wills.

Mr. Giroux received a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Hamilton College in 2000, and his Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law in 2005. Mr. Giroux has also studied at King’s College of the University of London. While in law school, Mr. Giroux was a finalist and a director of the Homer Albers Moot Court Competition and a member of the Boston University International Law Journal. Mr. Giroux was also a recipient of the Boston University School of Law Dean’s Award in Administrative Law.

Mr. Giroux is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Giroux is active in the community, and among other things is a Member of the Town of Warner, New Hampshire, Zoning Board of Adjustment.

When Mr. Giroux isn’t found in his office, he can often be found on skis, with golf clubs in his hands or chasing fish.
