Jonathan D.H. (“Bo”) Lamb

Mr. Lamb is Counsel to the firm, where he brings sixteen years of combined law firm and in-house litigation experience.  Mr. Lamb practiced for four years at a prominent mid-size firm in Boston focused on business litigation, and then twelve years in-house at a major commercial real estate development and management firm handling all manner of commercial lease and real estate disputes. 

Mr. Lamb is a proud veteran and former naval officer, having served eight years on active duty as an aviator, mission commander, and senior watch officer.  He is a graduate of Duke University (A.B., magna cum laude) and Boston College Law School (J.D.), where he was an editor of the Intellectual Property & Technology Forum (IPTF) Journal.

Mr. Lamb provides practical advice and counsel to his clients.  He is an experienced attorney, litigator, and advocate now focused on business, real estate, and construction litigation and dispute resolution.  A strong writer and editor, Mr. Lamb is skilled in negotiation, mediation, litigation, trials, and appeals.  He has tried cases and handled appeals in the superior and district courts across Massachusetts, the Business Litigation Session, the Land Court, and the Appeals Court.

Mr. Lamb is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  Outside of work, Mr. Lamb is an executive board member of The Community House of Hamilton & Wenham.  He enjoys his downtime on the golf course, in the mountains, on the sidelines, and in his garden.
