Strang Scott is proud to announce that Stephanie Bendeck recently joined the firm. Ms.
Bendeck is a seasoned construction attorney, who has resolved many issues for clients through
litigation, mediation, arbitration and direct negotiation over the past several years. Ms. Bendeck
began her legal career at the Office of the State Attorney, Twentieth Judicial Circuit, where she
gained extensive trial experience. After honing her skills, Ms. Bendeck pivoted into civil
litigation, where she practices as a construction litigation attorney.
Ms. Bendeck is active in her community. She was an active member of the Florida Bar’s
Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers’s Judicial
Nominating Oversight Commission Committee, is a past President-Elect of the Lee County
Association for Women Lawyers and past President of the Hendry-Glades Bar Association. She
looks forward to becoming involved in the Boston legal community in the coming months.
Ms. Bendeck graduated from University of Florida with degrees in Political Science and
Sociology and is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law. She is admitted to practice in
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Florida state court, and the United States District Court
for the Middle District of Florida.
